This results in many new technological possibilities which benefit not only the event participants but also offer added value to the organizers. In particular, the segment of live communication is experiencing a major boost due to digitalization - the visitors will be integrated more intensively and organizers can stay in constant dialogue with them even before the event. In addition, it is possible through special software applications to, for example, create a 3D animation of the event and plan out all minute details virtually. This minimizes planning errors and saves costs. Digitalization offers even more advantages, such as lower paper consumption, automated guest management as well as completely digital control of lighting and show facilities.
